At Rising Virgo Visions, we provide a space to Immerse yourself in the healing energy of the forest while reconnecting with your roots using all of your senses. Intentional time in the forest (Forest bathing) can take you on a transformative journey of self discovery, mental clarity, sensory exploration and emotional balance. Here, you can discover the profound benefits of forest bathing while walking in our trails,  stopping along the way in one of our sitting spots or even just sitting in our screened in shelter nestled in the woods. We also host many uniquely curated events designed to foster community, connection and personal growth.  Book an outdoor Reiki session to experience the restorative power of reiki. In a reiki session, I channel universal energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. Come indulge in the tranquility of yin yoga, where deep stretches and meditative postures help release tension, enhance flexibility, and balance our mind-body connection. We can't forget the kiddos! For them, I offer engaging and playful children's yoga classes to nurture the young minds and bodies of our future generations. We are committed to mindfulness, wellness and guiding you on your journey to inner peace and holistic well-being.
